Detecto's stainless steel PZ3060 features totally touchless zeroing of each ingredient for more sanitary conditions and faster prepping. This scale allows convenient units switching between most used measurements and each measurement can easily be turned off. This ingredient scale, with large 0.7" high LCD digits, features an AC adapter or battery operation with up to 50 hours of continuous use. Model PZ3060 comes standard with a bracket for mounting the display on the front of the scale base.
