The Alpha9500ML is Royal''s new top-of-the-line register. New 4-line x 24-character Backlit Display for easy operation. New USB Connection for Optional Barcode Scanner or USB-Based Jump Drive. Loaded with valuable features, this register will perform all of your cash management needs.

• 4-Line x 24-Character Backlit LCD Display: Allows for easy operation. View multiple line items within a transaction rather than the latest entry. Makes programming a snap!
• 200 Departments: For sales analysis by category of merchandise. Program each department with a 16 character name or description; set for taxable or non-taxable items. Preset department pricing for quick, one-key sales entry
• 5000 Price-Look-Ups (PLU):  For quick, accurate entry of frequently sold items. Each PLU can be assigned a 16 character name. PLU reports print sales activity of each PLU
• Two-Station Heavy-Duty Thermal Printer: Special alphanumeric printer allows both alpha and numeric characters to be programmed to print on customer receipts and journal tapes. Thermal printer is fast and quiet. Uses 2 1/4" (57mm) thermal paper for customer receipt and journal record
• USB Connection: Connect the register to your PC, bar code scanner or USB based jump drive. Cable and PC software included

• Quickbooks Compatibility: Download your end-of-day X and Z report totals from the cash register into your PC and automatically import the information into your Quickbooks accounting packages
• Back-up and Restore: Back-up your cash register programming and store the data on your PC. Should you lose the register''s memory, you can simply restore the data from your PC back to the register without having to re-program all the PLU''s, departments and other data
• Additional registers: When you buy additional registers, you can use the back-up and restore feature with multiple registers of the same model number
