Returns

Thank you for trusting USA Office Machines to provide you with the office machines and office supplies that keep your workspace running smoothly.

We want you to be confident that our customer service professionals will dedicate as much time as you need to help you purchase the right office machine or office supply solution for your needs. But we understand that sometimes a return is necessary, and when it is, we are there to help you through the return process.

Please review our return policy and call us with any questions.

·         Not all Manufacturers' return policies are the same. Some will allow for a 30 day return, some don't. Ask us about the manufacturers’ return policy before your purchase for the most seemly return.

·         Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you order a product that is shipped "free freight" we credit for the original price, minus restocking as well as the original shipping charge we paid to ship the order to you. Free Freight is only free if you keep the product. If we ship the wrong product, there is no restocking fee or return shipping charges.

·         If your product arrives defective, and this is verified by us or the manufacturer, you will not be charged restocking. Again, please note, not all manufacturers adhere to the same policies and some will not allow the return of a defective product, they require the unit to be repaired.

·         Requests for Returns must be made within 14 days from date of order.

·         All returns MUST have the Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the return label (not the box). Returns received with no RA# cannot be accepted, and will be returned to you. You must request an RA# prior to returning a product.

·         All Returns must be returned in original box with all original contents including packing material. Please include your order # as well as the reason for return.

·         Requests for returns should be sent to: returns@usaofficemachines.com. We will make our best effort to get back to you within 2-4 hours during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

·         If your order arrives with apparent damage to the outside of the packaging, please refuse as damaged to the delivery person and contact us the same day. We realize that sometimes products arrive damaged and the outside of the packaging doesn't show signs of obvious damage. When that happens please call us within 2 business days of receipt so we can file our damage claim with the shipper.

·         If you refuse your order for any reason other then the product being wrong or damaged you will receive credit minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping both ways (to you and back to us).
